ETHAN BURGESS

 

Ethan is a Warwickshire based filmmaker who specialises in film narrative and documentary. He is also an avid photographer. His most rewarded work has been through documentary film making, with well-recognised work such as ‘Our Social Mind’. His favourite piece of equipment is the Black Magic Ursa Mini and Panasonic GH5. Combining that with his love of film he takes visual inspiration from the work of Stacey Dooley as well as the masters of cinema that is Christopher Nolan and Nicolas Winding Refn.

Creative Statement

BIO

❛As a creator of media I’m always looking outwards, what can I create which not only entertains the audience but speaks to them. I grab inspiration from anywhere I can, a view, a song, and even other films. They might not all be good, but they’re all ideas I see brought to life. Vision is what I feel drives me as a media maker and a media consumer and it’s that drive that pushes me onwards to better myself each time I create something.❜
